Boston of the Month
Just look at my big expressive eyes and handsome face! I am a very sweet and polite dog, and I like to follow my foster parents everywhere. They love it when I give them kisses and wag my skinny little tail!
It took me quite a while to come out of my shell in foster care. At first my foster parents thought I wasn’t good with some dogs, as I growled and wanted my space, but gradually I got used to everybody. I just need time to adjust to new surroundings. I would be happiest in a lower-activity home with older folks and an older dog or two. I like my routine and really like to snooze at your feet. I might never develop into a playmate, but I will play with plush toys by myself and I do like to be around other dogs. I just don’t like it when they get in my face to try to get me to play.
I am good and quiet in my crate, and I walk nicely on my leash. My foster parents will be looking for a quiet household for me with no children. I need a home with a fenced yard, as roaming the yard is one of my favorite activities! I will thrive with a consistent routine, and with people who will be devoted to me and adore my sweet personality. Am I the one for you?
